In each radfield home care branch we have a team of home care supervisors who work alongside our home care assistants and office teams to deliver the highest quality of care to our clients. O to assist in the efficient running management supervision and training of care and support staff o to undertake new service user assessments o to maintain ongoing service user compliance by undertaking care plan and risk assessment reviews. Knowledge and skills needed to do their work safely and avoid creating hazards that could place themselves or others at risk. Our field care supervisors are responsible for implementing field based quality control systems and providing support to all care support workers throughout meath and louth.
